How to Plan the Perfect Birthday Party Decoration at Home in Lucknow
A 6-step Lucknow checklist: budget, venue, guest list, theme, food and final checks — plus setup-time guide.
1. Decide occasion and budget
Fix a clear budget covering decor, cake, catering and entertainment. In Lucknow, room decor starts ₹999, full ring backdrops ₹1,499–₹1,999, luxury stages custom. Booking 2–3 days ahead gets the best theme availability; same-day is possible when slots allow.
2. Lock date, time and venue
Homes and society clubhouses are easily styled with freestanding telescopic arches and backdrops. Hotels and banquet halls need prior coordination — we coordinate a 60–90 minute window before guests arrive.
3. Guest list and theme
Intimate gatherings (10–20) suit a bedroom or living-room arch. Grand celebrations (50+) need a stage + entry decor. Match the palette to the cake and outfit for photos: emerald gold, pastel blush, or royal navy.
4. Decor + food + entertainment
Order of setup: backdrop first, then balloons, then dessert table, then lighting check. Keep helium bunches for the final touch. Add cake plinths and photo-props for high-impact photography.
5. Final check
Confirm electrical power points for neon/LED lights, ceiling clearance for arches, and visitor parking. Mahi Event Decor cleans up and dismantles post-event upon request.
